Job Description
High Spirits is seeking a dedicated Alcohol Enabler (Retail Cashier Sales & Inventory Associate) to join our team. This role blends customer relations, product consulting, and store operations, with a primary focus on driving sales by building authentic customer relationships and maintaining a pristine, fully stocked showroom. This is a steady, detail-driven role, not a fast-paced one — getting it right matters more than getting it done quickly.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Actively engage floor customers, by assisting them in finding the products they are looking for and offering product insights to drive sales and repeat business
Merchandising & Inventory
Stock shelves, manage inventory, and execute deliveries
Maintain rigorous store cleanliness standards
Regulatory Compliance
Strictly enforce state liquor laws and company policies regarding responsible alcohol and tobacco sales
Position Requirements
Age 21 or older
Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
Self-motivated and reliable, with excellent follow-through
Genuine passion for customer service and building authentic relationships
Comfortable with basic computer literacy
Foundational knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit
