Job Description

We are currently seeking a Dish Machine Operator. The Dish Machine Operators are extremely important for keeping the line moving. Without a good DMO, the entire kitchen could come to a grinding halt. It can be a challenging job at times, which is why we need people with the right skill sets. People who can work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a brisk work energy throughout their shifts, are willing to pitch in wherever needed and communicate effectively are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates will have working knowledge of a commercial kitchen. Candidates 18 years old and older preferred.

Attention to detail - Details matter in all that we do. It is important to do accurate, careful work.
Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts soiled dishes, keeps the dish area organized and free of clutter.
Appropriately washes, stack and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
Practices proper sanitation procedures.
Assist in other duties as needed.
Possess a strong work ethic.
Strong communication with the team.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to lift around 50 lbs. Unassisted.
Good and the game of “Jenga.”
