This role serves as the primary HR partner to our production teams and works alongside our HR Generalist – Payroll & Benefits, who partners with our administrative teams.  This position leads the people side of HR — supporting employee relations, investigations, leave management, and production performance processes to ensure fairness, accountability, and consistency across our organization.  Together — alongside our Talent Experience Coordinator and guided by the Head of HR — these roles form the foundation of our HR team, bringing complementary expertise and a shared commitment to supporting every employee.  If you believe that how we treat people matters, that consistency builds trust, and that difficult conversations handled well protect both the individual and the business — this role may be a great fit for you.
