As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our day-to-day inventory accurate, organized, and reliable. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to build a foundation in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations and who understands that the details matter. You’ll work closely with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to support inventory counts, track movement, and help resolve discrepancies. At Watson, you’ll find learning and development opportunities that help you stretch your skills, explore new ideas, and turn curiosity into capability.  What You’ll Do Inventory Accuracy & Records Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within our inventory or ERP systems Enter and verify inventory transactions such as receipts, transfers, and adjustments Keep inventory documentation and records organized and up to date Counts & Verification Support cycle counts and physical inventory counts under supervision Help research, document, and report inventory discrepancies or variances Tracking & Reporting Assist with tracking inventory movement between locations or departments Support basic reporting on inventory levels, shortages, and discrepancies Cross-Team Support Work with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to help resolve inventory issues Follow established inventory control procedures and documentation standards Qualifications What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred) 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, retail, or operations—or a strong interest in learning Basic computer skills and comfort working with inventory systems or spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced environment  Nice to Have Coursework or interest in supply chain, logistics, or business operations Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or Excel Previous warehouse, retail, or stockroom experience  Physical & Work Environment Ability to work in warehouse or production environments Standing and walking for extended periods Ability to lift up to designated weight requirements as needed  Culture & Benefits $22-$29 per hour 401(k) plan with matching contribution Profit sharing program Extensive healthcare plans A fun, challenging, and engaging culture Pride and satisfaction in manufacturing tangible, well-built products  Essential Attributes of Watson Employees Insane curiosity Excited and enthusiastic about your work Embrace and exhibit our values Tenacity and determination Strong, proactive communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders Reliable and follows through on commitments Problem solver and critical thinker Watson is an equal opportunity employer of all qualified individuals, including minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
