Job Description
Integrity Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated and dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and want to build a career in construction, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including roofing, siding, decking, and general carpentry
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company standards for quality craftsmanship
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ year of construction experience preferred
- Experience in siding, decking, or carpentry is a plus
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Basic set of tools preferred (assistance available for new learners)
- Knowledge of L&I and OSHA safety standards
