National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Warehouse/Delivery Helpers for our location in Poway, CA 92064.

What you’ll do:

Load and unload home appliances from trucks using dollies
Stock and organize cargo based on delivery codes
Ride along with drivers to complete residential and business deliveries
Assist with safely moving appliances into customer homes or businesses
Provide professional and respectful customer interactions

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
Start time: 5:00 AM until route completion
Typical shifts: 8–10 hours (up to 12 hours during peak times)

Hourly Pay Rate:

$18.00/hour (regular)
$27.00/hour (overtime)
Weekly pay

What we’re looking for:

Two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to lift and move heavy appliances safely
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Steel-toe boots required for safety
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Availability to start working as soon as possible
