Part Time Caregivers - Sat Sun

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Part-Time Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality support to seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who want flexible hours, a meaningful work environment, and weekly pay. 

Exhava Home Care offers:

• $20–$25/hr — Weekly Pay. 
• Flexible part-time scheduling.
• Mileage reimbursement (client travel related during scheduled shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support. 
• Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support. 
• Support meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and ensure proper hydration.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and occasional linen changes. 
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation if required. 
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan and report any changes to the care team promptly. 
• Ensure the client’s comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred. 
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray per state regulations. 
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. 
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register.
