Job Description

Are you dependable, hands-on, and eager to learn? We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Shop Technician to join our production team. This is a great opportunity to build skills in woodworking, cabinetry, and manufacturing while working in a clean, professional, and team-oriented environment. 

No prior cabinet experience required, we provide training. 

What You’ll Do 

• Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom closet components 

• Operate shop equipment (training provided) 

• Support material handling, prep work, and packaging 

• Maintain workstation organization and cleanliness 

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards 

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude 

• Reliable and punctual 

• Comfortable working with tools and equipment 

• Ability to lift/move materials (up to ~50 lbs) 

• Attention to detail 

• Willingness to learn and grow 

Nice to Have (Not Required) 

• Shop, warehouse, or construction experience 

• Familiarity with basic hand tools
