Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Bagger Operator to run a hopper elevator system and load rubber buffing’s into bulk bags in a production environment. This role includes operating bagging equipment, monitoring material flow, and ensuring accurate, efficient filling of bulk bags.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hopper elevator and bagging machinery safely and efficiently
• Load rubber buffing’s into bulk bags according to production requirements
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintain a clean work area
• Move materials using a forklift and skid steer (experience required)
• Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Proven forklift and skid steer operating experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety a must
