Protect what matters.   Century Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in quality work, and keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.   ️ What You’ll Do Lead crews installing pipe, fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers according to plans and applicable codes. Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain fire sprinkler piping systems. Train and mentor Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques. Communicate with designers regarding design changes and material shortages. Produce accurate red-line drawings for the design team. Communicate project and schedule changes with Field Superintendents and Project Managers. Complete daily progress reports and required project paperwork. Attend project and coordination meetings as needed. Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. Immediately report water damage, injuries, accidents, or other incidents. Perform other duties as assigned.   ⭐ What You Bring High school diploma or GED. 3–5 years of related fire sprinkler experience and/or training. Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation and field practices. Leadership and communication skills. Basic computer and email skills. Clean MVR required.
