Make an impact.   Century Fire Protection is looking for a Fire Alarm Helper to join our growing team. This entry-level position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fire protection industry while learning from experienced technicians and helping install and maintain systems that protect people and property.   ️ What You’ll Do Assist technicians with installing fire alarm devices, wiring, conduit, and equipment. Support fire alarm testing and inspections under supervision. Help identify and document system deficiencies and issues. Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Follow project drawings, instructions, and OSHA/company safety procedures. Assist with troubleshooting as your skills develop. Participate in safety meetings and required training. Perform other duties as assigned.   ⭐ What You Bring High school diploma required. Previous construction or electrical experience is a plus, but not required. Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred. Basic computer and Microsoft skills. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to obtain required licenses or certifications as applicable.   The Job Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Field-based work at commercial and industrial job sites.
