Services range from preventive and wellness care to surgery, hospitalization, and end-of-life care, all backed by modern technology and a genuinely close-knit team. We're looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join that team, someone ready to bring warmth, organization, and a little personality to the front desk. This is a place where good medicine and a good sense of humor are expected to coexist.

Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or customer-service setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating digital systems and patient charts
Preferred:
- A calm, upbeat presence during busy stretches
- A sense of humor and genuine enjoyment of working with people and pets
Schedule
- Full-time, Swing shift
- 8.5-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends
- No holiday shifts required
The pay starts at $16 per hour, based on experience, skills, and credentials.
