Qualifications Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older. Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts. Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment. Deliver exceptional customer service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
