Our client is an international iGaming product business focused on delivering immersive casino entertainment experiences for global audiences. The company develops and operates a broad portfolio of live casino, RNG, and slot products with a strong emphasis on product quality, operational reliability, and engaging player experiences.

The business works with partners across multiple markets, helping them strengthen user engagement and long-term product performance through scalable gaming solutions and premium visual production.

As Chief Financial Officer, you will take full ownership of the Group’s finance function across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This includes financial reporting, compliance, planning, treasury, and process optimization. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic decisions, ensure financial transparency, and build scalable finance operations in a high-growth environment.


Team & Structure

Finance team of up to 10 people (including controller, treasury, payroll, regional accountants, etc.). Сoordination with local finance leads, external auditors, and outsourced providers.

Key Responsibilities

Global Finance & Compliance
  • Lead finance operations across multiple international entities and regulated jurisdictions

  • Ensure accurate statutory accounting, reporting, and full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

  • Oversee audits, licensing-related financial compliance, and AML frameworks

  • Manage intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and tax-efficient setups

  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and local finance teams

Strategic Finance & Reporting
  • Own consolidated management reporting and financial visibility across the Group

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  • Build financial models to support expansion, new product launches, and partnerships

  • Analyze key business metrics (revenue, ROI, LTV, CAC, unit economics)

  • Support shareholder reporting, profit allocation, and dividend planning

Treasury & Cash Management
  • Manage liquidity and cash flow across entities

  • Oversee banking operations and payment infrastructure

  • Processes, Controls & Systems

  • Build and improve financial controls, governance, and risk frameworks

  • Lead ERP implementation (Odoo) and finance automation initiatives

  • Scale finance processes to support business growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, including 4–5+ years as CFO or Head of Finance

  • Strong background in structured finance environments (Big Four / large international companies such as FMCG)

  • Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structures

  • Deep expertise in accounting, audits, tax, and financial compliance

  • Strong skills in financial planning, reporting, and unit economics

  • Experience with ERP systems implementation and finance process automation

  • English – upper-intermediate or higher

Nice to Have
  • Experience in iGaming / gambling industry

  • Background in regulated or international corporate environments

  • Experience with EU jurisdictions

  • Knowledge of transfer pricing, AML, licensing requirements

  • Exposure to modern ERP systems (beyond 1C/SAP)

  • Familiarity with crypto-related financial flows (as a plus)
