Summary

As a Charge Nurse at Community Health Services Campus, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills and a compassionate approach to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support.

10pm - 6am Full-Time Hours Open

Base Wage (without shift differentials): $36.06 - $45.56/hr (RN) and $28.95 - $36.00/hr (LPN)

+ 3nd shift differential: $5.50/hour

+ Weekend shift differential: $4.75/hour

+ Sign on bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and available resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
