We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team supporting operations across the hospitality, medical supply, and grocery industries. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our financial integrity — managing the full accounting cycle, partnering with General Managers, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting across our portfolio of businesses.   What You’ll Do Partner with hotel General Managers to ensure accurate P&Ls and Balance Sheets that drive informed business decisions Own the full monthly close cycle — journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany balancing, and expense accruals Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and profit & loss reports Maintain and manage the general ledger with precision and consistency Code and reconcile invoices, set up new accounts, and ensure accounts payable charges are correctly applied Perform monthly bank reconciliations, verify deposits, and manage banking inquiries File monthly Sales, Use, Liquor, and Occupancy tax returns accurately and on time Identify accounting issues proactively and develop practical, solutions-oriented approaches Support cross-functional teams and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field Strong command of GAAP and general financial and cost accounting principles Proven experience with accounting software; ability to adapt quickly to new systems Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills A sense of urgency with excellent follow-through — you meet deadlines and keep commitments Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills A creative, problem-solving mindset that goes beyond the numbers to find real solutions   Why Join Us This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of industries, gaining broad exposure that few accounting roles can offer.
