At The Little Gym, we help children ages 4 months–3 years build confidence through movement, play, and connection—with their grown-ups right by their side. We’re looking for a warm, engaging, and energetic instructor to lead our Parent/Child classes.
ScheduleÂ
Part-time mornings:
- Monday–Friday availability
- 1–3 consistent days per week
- Â This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our amazing community.Â
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging, high-energy classes for young children and their caregivers
- Use The Little Gym curriculum to guide classes (we’ll train you!)
- Create a warm, welcoming environment where both kids and parents feel supported
- Coach parents on how to engage with their child during class activities
- Celebrate milestones and help little ones build confidence week after week
- Provide a top-notch experience for families—we treat our members like family
What Makes This Role Special

- Can lead a group while keeping things fun, engaging, and organized
- Are dependable, coachable, and a strong team player
Bonus points if you have experience in:
- Early childhood education or preschool
- Teaching, coaching, or childcare
- Dance, gymnastics, or movement-based programs
