Key Responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽Guide patients through intake, health history review, and diagnostic pre-testing

路聽聽聽聽Reinforce patient education related to contact lenses, medical eye care, and prevention

路聽聽聽聽Assist doctors with contact lens services, follow-up care, and treatment preparation

路聽聽聽聽Provide attentive, organized, and patient-centered service throughout each visit

Required Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽Warm, professional demeanor and strong communication skills

路聽聽聽聽Willingness to learn clinical and optical skills and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽Previous experience in healthcare, optometry, ophthalmology, optical sales, or customer service

路聽聽聽聽Experience with scheduling, electronic health records, insurance, or multi-line phone systems

Prior eye care experience is helpful but not required.
