Position Overview
We are seeking a Blender Operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, blending, storage, and handling of liquid products. Ensures product quality, manages non-conforming materials, supports packaging operations, and maintains compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, blend, and transfer products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, sort, and manage damaged or non-conforming packaging and products.
- Coordinate rework, disposal, and recovery activities for quarantined materials.
- Monitor inventory and assist with the disposition of non-saleable products.
- Operate forklifts and transport materials as required.
- Lead temporary workers during large-scale rework or disposal projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate communication with supervisors and team members.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including 6S practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Certified forklift operator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Leadership or team supervision experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
