Blender Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a Blender Operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, blending, storage, and handling of liquid products. Ensures product quality, manages non-conforming materials, supports packaging operations, and maintains compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, blend, and transfer products safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, sort, and manage damaged or non-conforming packaging and products.
• Coordinate rework, disposal, and recovery activities for quarantined materials.
• Monitor inventory and assist with the disposition of non-saleable products.
• Operate forklifts and transport materials as required.
• Lead temporary workers during large-scale rework or disposal projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate communication with supervisors and team members.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including 6S practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Leadership or team supervision experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
