Role: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse – Night Shift
Location: Prescott, AZ

Pay: Competitive DOE + Shift Differentials (+$3/hr weekend days, +$7/hr weeknights, +$9/hr weekend nights)
Overview:
Join the night shift ER team at our new community hospital in Prescott, AZ. As an ER Nurse, you'll provide rapid, accurate emergency care while upholding the highest clinical standards in a modern, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients safely and efficiently
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor conditions
- Communicate patient status and changes to physicians
- Administer medications and interpret diagnostic results
- Educate patients and families and support care planning
- Document care accurately and promptly
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2–5 years of ER or related experience
- Active AZ RN license with BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to work 12-hour night shift rotations, including weekends and holidays
