Job Title: ER Nurse (Day Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Prescott, AZ
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (DOE) + Weekend Day Differential (+$3.00/hr)
Work Type: On-site
Shift: 12-hour Day Shift (including weekends and holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status and treatment responses
- Administer medications and interpret diagnostic test results
- Provide patient and family education and support care planning
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2–5 years of Emergency Room or similar experience
- Current Arizona Nursing License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work 12-hour day shift rotations, including weekends and holidays
