Position Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Prescott, Arizona
Hybrid/In-Office/Remote (In-office presence during training required).

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, team player, and strong communicator with a proven track record in civil litigation, domestic relations, probate, estate planning, criminal, and general practice. They are comfortable managing a full caseload, working collaboratively, and delivering high-quality service to clients while upholding firm values and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
This description is intended to outline the general level of work expected and to provide examples of the types of duties that may be required

  • Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate legal representation to clients in civil litigation, domestic relations, probate, estate planning, criminal, and general practice matters

  • Conduct in-depth research and apply findings strategically to support client matters across these practice areas

  • Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings related to civil litigation, domestic relations, probate, estate planning, criminal, and general practice

  • Collaborate with colleagues, including senior attorneys and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client service and continuous development

  • Manage deadlines and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism

  • Participate in internal meetings, case reviews, and firm development initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in civil litigation and exposure to domestic relations, probate, estate planning, criminal, and general practice

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to produce thoughtful and persuasive legal documents across multiple practice areas

  • Strong courtroom and advocacy experience, with confidence in representing clients in various legal settings

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys and staff while also taking initiative and ownership over your work

  • Familiarity with Mac/Apple products, legal practice management software, Google Suite, Adobe, and Microsoft applications
