Under general supervision, is responsible for the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medications).

聽JOIN US NOW as we are seeking the perfect Pharmacist with exceptional customer service skills and who is passionate about the health and well-being of our patients to, under general supervision, be responsible for the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medications).聽Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000. Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship. Minimum
- B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm D.
- Valid Arizona pharmacist license
- BLS-American Heart Association
Preferred
- One year hospital experience
- Strong clinical pharmacy skills
- Previous experience with Hospital Pharmacy computer systems
