SequelCare of Arizona provides office and community-based therapeutic services for adults and adolescents, located all
around the state of Arizona. We have therapeutic foster care homes and adolescent/adult group homes, providing a continuum of care as needed.

psychiatric/therapeutic office and residential-based treatment with support services in a safe environment to assist our clients in addressing, managing
and overcoming serious emotional, psychological and behavioral problems.

Snapshot of Daily Duties

  1. Call and schedule applicants for interviews.
  2. Set up background check for new hire.
  3. If needed, set up finger print application for new hire and current staff expiring.
  4. Complete new hire paperwork with new hires.
  5. Keep new hire status up to date.
  6. Initiate new hire offer letter and PAR.
  7. Sort, File, and organize employee documents.
  8. Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information.
  9. Assist with recruiting as needed.
  10. Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal and agency requirements.

The Must Haves

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Over the age of 21
  • Maturity, empathy and patience
  • Be special – Not everyone can do what we do
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols
  • Confidentiality and professionalism are essential
