What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist with Andwell, you’ll: Deliver personalized, evidence-based care to patients in their homes and community settings Evaluate physical conditions, develop treatment plans, and track progress over time Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient outcomes Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention Support individuals to reclaim their independence and improve quality of life What Makes This Role Unique Autonomy & Flexibility: Work independently and have a manageable work/life balance while making a direct impact One-on-One Care: Focus deeply on each patient without the rush of a clinical setting Supportive Team Culture: You’re independent—but never alone Purpose-Driven Work: Every visit truly matters What You Bring Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maine (one year of experience required) Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A compassionate, patient-centered mindset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Home health experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll support your transition.
