We create connections with every sip. And we’ve found a lot of value in in-person connections! As a young, fast-growing company, we’re still creating and refining the systems that will fuel our future growth. Onsite presence is beyond collaboration, and here is why onsite presence matters:
Speeds decision-making -- Having the right people in the same room means questions get answered and roadblocks get cleared instantly, which is critical when aligning priorities across Planning, Sourcing, and QA Departments
Strengthens cross-functional execution – Many of our initiatives cut across departments. Onsite presence ensures Planning, Sourcing, and Finance teams, along with others, have the right voices at the table at the right time to align on next steps.
Enables richer, faster feedback loops – Real-time observation and discussion with Rain Makers across departments help us spot supplier and inventory issues, adapt processes, and improve outcomes immediately.
Boosts new-hire ramp-up and skills transfer – In-person mentoring and shadowing on D365, supplier processes, and category nuances helps new team members learn faster and contribute sooner.
