Evening COOK/PREP

Job DetailsJob Location: Perry's Chicken Preston - Preston, GA 31824Evening Shift!  Responsible for cooking and preparing food in a fast-paced environment. This employee will also work one-on-one with customers and other coworkers and must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. This employee will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the food preparation area(s). Cook/prepare food for customers. Keep the workplace clean and sanitized. Ensure all products are frequently rotated based on the first use date. Ensure ServSafe protocols are being followed. Ensure inventory stays properly up to date.     Qualifications Have a ServSafe Certification or be willing to achieve a ServSafe certification. Excellent customer service skills required Must work well with others Willingness to learn and maintain proper food preparation practices Must be able to keep clean facilities in the work environment Basic understanding of computers/cash register Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment Must be detail-oriented
