Then Peczuh Printing (pronounced “PZ” Printing) wants you to join our crew! The Peczuh Driver will be responsible for safely transporting product between PZ facilities and customers as needed. Our drivers are some of our most important employees and we know that this position is highly vital to the success of our organization, so we are looking for the best of the best to fill this role. What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like (Duties and Responsibilities):   •    Load delivery vehicles with finished orders •    Take ownership of product delivery, ensuring correct addresses, routes and safety are considered in each and every delivery •    Assist customers in unloading product as needed in a courteous and helpful manner •    Compile necessary paperwork and reports, including the driver’s daily record, in a timely and efficient manner  •    Communicate delivery issues or delays with all affected personnel •    Consistently monitor truck mileage and overall truck condition, making supervisors/managers aware when repairs or maintenance is required, and suggesting improvements that can be made when necessary •    Keep vehicle clean, both inside and out, but conducting daily cab cleanings and car washes as needed •    Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned during any down time between deliveries   Peczuh Perks (Benefits We Offer): •    401(k)  •    Dental insurance •    Health insurance •    Life insurance •    Vision insurance •    PTO and separate sick time •    Advancement opportunities •    Great work environment with supportive management and coworkers The Environment Looks Like: This job operates in both outdoor and indoor work environments and can expose the employee to very hot or very cold temperatures while working outside. The employee regularly drives and works in an enclosed truck. There will sometimes be sounds or noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable. The employee may at times be exposed to contaminants, such as fuel or exhaust. Employees in this position must be comfortable driving large vehicles and will be required to submit to regular drug and alcohol screenings.   QualificationsWhat You’ll Need To Succeed (Required): •    A safe and clean driving record (this is expected to be maintained throughout your tenure) •    Ability and willingness to use to transportation navigation tools such as smartphone apps  or GPS •    Excellent judgement skills in terms of traffic, weather, etc. when determining most direct  and safe routes to take for each delivery •    Courteous and professional demeanor at all times •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills Class B CDL or higher You’ll Stand Out If You Have (Preferred): •    Able to lift up to 50 lbs •    Ability to load and unload packages with and without hand trucks in varied weather conditions •    Ability to frequently lift, bend, kneel, crouch and stretch without limitation
