Psychiatric Rehabiltation Program(PRP) Peer Specialist - Full‑TimeÂ
Location: Princess Anne, MD
 Salary Range: $40,000–$55,000 annually
 Schedule: 4‑day, 36-hour work week — Monday through Thursday
PRP Peer Specialist Position Summary:
The team will be responsible for the goals and strategies that make up the core of an individual client's program and progress. Â The Psychiatric Peer Specialist will have shared responsibility for all clients on the team. Â

Job responsibilities:
- Generate client assessments, develop individual rehabilitation plans, and document progress towards goals.
- Carrying out assignments to fulfill the mission of providing sanctuary and support to clients in the community.
- Participate in meetings as requested.
- Coordinate care with outside agencies and internally.
- Using the electronic medical records, input data and following through seeing services to their completion.
- Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader

Qualifications:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Full valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Direct experience with the mental health system.Â
- National certification as a Peer Specialist preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in the Human Service field or equivalent experience. Formal education is required.
