What will I do?

  • Manage and develop a team of knowledgeable employees who process prescription requests, build trusted customer relationships and demonstrate patience, empathy and compassion
  • Ensure the department is running smoothly by prioritizing and delegating tasks, writing schedules, and utilizing resources to maximize efficiency
  • Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims and address issues to achieve the best outcome for patients
  • Ensure department processes and procedures are followed to input information, dispense medication and verify information

 

 Required Qualifications

  • Mathematic skills
  • Computer skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience working in a Pharmacy setting
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
