The Senior Facilities Services Manager is responsible for overseeing Integra’s Facilities portfolio via outsourced resources.  This role will oversee the company’s North American portfolio of Office, Laboratory, and Manufacturing service providers.  The role will be responsible for oversite of suppliers and vendors engaged in the safe operation of office, laboratory, and technical areas of our footprint.  The senior level manager will be required to interact with business groups throughout the Integra corporate structure including facility and operations leadership, legal, quality, and procurement.

Supervision of contractors / consultants as needed based on project workload.Â
Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
Â
Supervise service providers to ensure effective implementation of services in accordance with contractual, performance and quality expectations.Â
Oversight of facility management partners, service providers and staff; liaising with both staff as well as leadership to achieve all goals and performance levels.Â
Manage the delivery of facilities services to the portfolio of locations throughout North America and International.Â
Develop and manage a budget including monthly review of actuals and budgets to ensure appropriate spend.Â
Act as a primary point of contact for all facilities service providers. Â
Develop and implement the strategy and annual management plan for suppliers and service providers.  Support account wide initiatives such as compliance reviews, audits, training programs and other initiatives as appropriate, through driving implementation at a portfolio level Â
Be accountable for space planning and delivery of moves, adds, and changes as well as small construction projects as required and act as the area point of escalation. Â
Direct, communicate, and oversee maintenance programs relating to the condition and appearance of the interior & exterior of all facilities.Â
Maintain reliability of systems and improving consistency across the portfolio. Â
Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity, benchmarking, best practices and continuous improvement.Â
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environment and risk management policies and procedures. Â
Collaborate with functional areas throughout the company including finance, legal, supply chain and operations.Â
Ensure all sites have appropriate full- time or contractual staff to manage facilities responsibilities, such as janitorial services, landscaping and general maintenance as appropriate; including, all contracts for all such services.Â
Maintain accountability and performance of teams results through regular reporting of KPIs and metrics.Â
Strategically position the regional portfolios for long term sustainability.Â
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, accountability, and responsibility, coupled with high organizational skills; capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude; self-motivated and proactive, showing initiative without direct supervision.Â

REQUIREDÂ SKILLS & MINIMUMÂ QUALIFICATIONSÂ

EducationÂ
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) or Facilities Management, or equivalent experience.Â

ExperienceÂ
Â
10 years of diverse Facility Management/Operations experience, preferably within medical device or other regulated environment.Â
8–10 years of management experience leading technical teams.Â
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Â
Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership.Â
Demonstrated flexibility, multitasking, and high performance in dynamic environments.Â

Strong organizational and communication skills.Â
Strong budget and operational expense management.Â
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Â
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to manufacturing.Â

Salary Pay Range:
$125,350.00 - $172,500.00 USD SalaryOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
