We are hiring for a Construction Inspector to join our team on a full-time, direct basis in the Princeton, NJ area. This is a full-time, field-based position that will support ongoing and upcoming construction projects by providing quality assurance and documentation throughout all phases of construction.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as the Engineer’s on-site representative and liaison to the contractor.
Observe all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
Verify field measurements and quantities, document daily quantities, materials, and resource usage.
Maintain accurate and detailed daily inspection reports, including notes on progress, issues, non-conformance, and weather conditions.
Record and report field data daily.
Identify and communicate construction issues to the project engineer and/or manager.
Use ACC Build or similar platforms for digital field documentation.
Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed.

Basic Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to project sites.
Ability to work in a full-time, field-based role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate or degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience with AutoCAD, iOS-based construction apps, or ACC Build is advantageous.
0–3 years of relevant construction observation or inspection experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in the field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

TARGET SALARY RANGE: $55K - $70k (per year)
