The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support and assistance in their daily activities. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring that each client's needs and preferences are met.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community events.
• Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals through encouragement and guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and communicate effectively with team members and family members.
