Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Specialist – Reception/Information to join our team in Mercer County.

As the first point of contact for our consumers, visitors, and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the daily operations of our behavioral health clinic.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome consumers, visitors, and community members in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using a multi-line switchboard.
  • Provide information and assist consumers with check-in procedures.
  • Record and process financial information accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of consumer information.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Support clinic staff with a variety of office responsibilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
