Fairview is seeking a Cook for Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN! This is a part time opportunity on day shift offering 56 hours over a 2-week pay period and is benefit eligible!

Prepare food items as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established standards of high quality.

Schedule

Week 1

Tuesday: 6am-2:30pm

Wednesday: 6am-2:30pm

Saturday: 6am-2:30pm

Sunday: 6am-2:30pm

Week 2

Wednesday: 6am-2:30pm

Thursday: 6am-2:30pm

Friday: 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Prepares food products to meet temperature and quality standards.
• Develops and tests recipes as directed.
• Completes all documentation related to production
• Handle and prepare food in safe manner following HACCP standardized operating procedures
• Follows employee health guidelines to prevent disease transmission.
• Follows procedures to prevent food contamination.
• Coordinates and communicates with all internal customers in all service areas.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedure.
• Takes responsibility for self and others in work area.
• Contributes to a safe work environment
• Demonstrates Commitment to Customers

Required Qualifications

• 1 year Relevant experience
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language.
• Basic math skills.
• Certified or willing to become certified for food safety.
