Job DetailsJob Location: Princeton, NJ 08540Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 HourlyBecker Plastic Surgery is a premier cosmetic and facial plastic surgery practice seeking a patient-centric Medical Receptionist to support front desk operations, patient communication, and daily office flow. This is not a traditional medical receptionist role. It’s a fast-paced position focused on cosmetic patients, customer service, organization, and teamwork. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in the cosmetic patient experience. You’ll support patients from check-in through follow-up, while keeping the day moving smoothly behind the scenes. Welcome and check in cosmetic patients; guide them through intake, forms, and consents Room patients efficiently and support patient flow throughout the day Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-ups; confirm appointments and manage next steps Communicate with patients via phone and email in a warm, professional, and confident manner Collect and securely process deposits and payments; close out the cash drawer accurately Prepare paperwork and ensure charts are complete and organized Assist with 3D imaging and before-and-after photos (training provided) Support providers by preparing rooms, setting up trays, and validating markings as needed Turn over rooms and restock supplies to maintain a high-end environment Apply numbing cream and assist with pre-procedure preparation when appropriate Manage shared inboxes and respond promptly to patient inquiries Pitch in where needed—this role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to help keep the practice running smoothly.
