SciTec has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Industrial Security Manager. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing our Princeton team, developing policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with the Security Site Managers and site FSOs to develop and implement a comprehensive company-wide security program.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a diverse security team while supporting their optimal performance and growthÂ
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and practicesÂ
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, personnel access, and physical security standardsÂ
- Collaborate with IT and IA teams to implement cybersecurity measures and monitor for cyber threats and incidentsÂ
- Drive security compliance with risk management methodologies and industry best practicesÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
- Must be a U.S. CitizenÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceÂ
- Must have an active Top Secret U.S. Government Security ClearanceÂ
- 12+ years' experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), Security Manager, or equivalent position in a Government or Government Contractor environmentÂ
- 5+ years of experience managing people, preferably in a Security roleÂ
- Experience supporting team building and conflict resolutionÂ
- Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPON requirements for a possessing facility and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standardsÂ
- Experience with DCSA and other government customers
- Seasoned knowledge of multiple functional areas and DoD security programsÂ
- Ability to effectively and proactively interact with staff, leadership, industry partners, and customer agenciesÂ
- Ability to develop or interpret company and Government security policies and apply them to site-wide operationsÂ
- Ability to provide leadership and work with a diverse team and upper management to ensure compliance with security directivesÂ
- Ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and proceduresÂ
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPointÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Demonstrated attention to detailÂ

The pay range for this position is $157,000/194,000 year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
