SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has multiple assets in various stages of clinical trials for solid tumor and hematologic indications. Alongside ongoing clinical trials. SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discover and IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development.  

Position Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to oversee and streamline our office administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, including scheduling of top-management meetings, general onboarding support, office management, compliance with company policies, and optimization of operational processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively lead the scheduling, tracking, and rescheduling of top-management meetings, including but not limited to internal strategic meetings and external meetings. 

  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for supported personnel. 

  • Act as the NJ Office Manager.  Develop & manage the NJ Office supplies budget and maintain supply inventory.  Identify vendors for office equipment in compliance with corporate procedures.  Manage keycard access system for NJ Office personnel. 

  • Coordinate with department heads to support company-wide operational needs and streamline workflows. 

  • Providing general support for the onboarding of new hires, including interface with the IT department to enable laptop configuration and setup of Concur system logins. 

  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cross-functional communication and collaboration. 

  • Support the senior leadership team with special projects as needed. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, operations management, human resources, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or operations. 

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage teams and influence cross-departmental operations. 

  • Excellence in organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 

  • Experience in project management and multi-task management. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and meticulousness. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency with Concur system administration 

  • Familiarity with compliance regulations in federal tax administrative operations. 

  • Fluency in Mandarin.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.

While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
