Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job DetailsJob Location: Minnesota Industrial Coatings - Princeton, MN 55371Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 HourlyThe mission of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk is to package, ship, receive, and perform other warehouse and shipping duties while following established procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive and process material orders daily, including accepting and labeling deliveries, and distributing packages and letters internally. Prepare shipping documents and schedule freight pickups as required Prepare products, spare parts, return parts, or other items for shipment Inspect freight upon arrival and document signs of damage Verify receipts of purchased goods from suppliers, locate product, process paperwork, and complete all necessary transactions Maintain shipping supply inventory Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to move material to and from shipping or receiving platform to storage area or work area Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Assist Production Team Leader with other tasks as needed.
