Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce two (2) full time openings for a Cardiothoracic Surgical Physician Assistant. One opportunity in Dallas and the 2nd in Fort Worth. Here is your chance to work with highly skilled and trained physicians who use state-of-the-art technology and innovative procedures for patients who are diagnosed with a disease of the chest, heart, lungs, esophagus or the major blood vessels and veins of the body.Â
Position Details:
- Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Surgical Assist in cardiovascular and thoracic cases
- Outpatient Ambulatory Visits & Hospital Rounding
- Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions
- Assist with vein and radial harvesting; CABG and valve surgery

Requirements Needed to Apply:
- Active Texas license
- Physician Assistant Board Certification and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from an approved PA program
- Surgical Experience plus 1 – 2 years Hospital & Ambulatory experience preferred
- Additionally, experience with robotic surgery a plus.

1 Year As a Physician Assistant. Pref
Licenses and Certifications
PA - Physician Assistant Must maintain board certification as required for licensure. Upon Hire Req
