Paint, Pack, & Ship - 2nd Shift

Location: Prior Lake, Minnesota

Reports to: Shipping Supervisor

Collaborates with: Welders, Metal Fab Operators, Shippers, Safety and Customer Service

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am

Primary Responsibility: Shipping of silencers to customer specifications and/or internal requirements.

What You'll Do:

• To meet and/or exceed standards for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance
• Proficient in assigned duties such as spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping, and inventory control
• Proficient in the use of tools such as PC, paint equipment, saw, nail guns, and cranes to assemble stated requirements
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation
• Warehouse equipment maintenance
• Work in accordance with ISO 9001-2015
• Other duties as assigned

What Qualifies You:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Ability to read, write and communicate
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Forklift experience (preferred)

Pay Range: $20/hr+ depending on experience

**$2/hr differential for 2nd shift
