Work environment:Â Nursing Units; must be willing to commit to any unit upon time of application. Exact unit to be determined during interview.Â
Work hours: Full Time; 40 hours per week during training and 36 hours per week after training; 2-4-week training period will typically be Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or similar however could be 7PM-7AM or 7AM-7PM during training, must be flexible.
Shift Upon Completion of Training: Must be flexible to work days or nightsÂ

Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Req
Licenses and Certifications
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req

Texas Health Harris Fort Worth Patient Care Techs (PCT) Apprentices are responsible for providing an excellent patient healthcare experience at each Texas Health site.

The Texas Health Patient Care Technician (PCT) Apprentice Program was developed to create a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we are privileged to serve.
