Water Spider - 2nd Shift

Reports to: General Labor Supervisor

Cooperates with: Welders, Metal Fab Operators, Shippers, Safety, Customer Service, and Quality

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon - Thurs 3PM - 1:30 AM. The pay range for this role is $20-23/hour + $2/hour shift differential.

MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking 2nd Shift General Laborer/Water Spider.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping
• Prepping of material for production teams within the facility
• Monitor inventory levels at workstations and notify supervisors of shortages
• Stage materials according to production schedules
• Keep aisles organized and free of hazards
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified)
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
• Clean and grind silencers.
• Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials
• Cut and Prep insulation and screening for fabrication
• Assist the welders with the installation of welding materials
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1 + years of general warehouse experience and knowledge relating to manufacturing preferred
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices
