Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Ancillary Services performs laboratory tests and other related procedures as required to provide data for diagnosis and treatment of disease.  Â
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- BS in lab science AND 5 years of experience required AND graduated from a clinical laboratory training program. Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or its equivalent.
Licensure & Certifications Requirements:
- Meets other qualifications specified by Federal regulation 493.1431 or its successor.Â
- ASCP Certification or EquivalentÂ
- Requires Washington State DOH Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credential within 6 months of hire.Â
Wage:Â $32.90-$51.04
