Location: Charles City, VA 23030 & Providence Forge, VA 23140
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining clean and organized environments? We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Evening Custodian to help keep professional office facilities clean, safe, and welcoming in the Charles City and Providence Forge areas.

This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent evening hours, a steady part-time schedule, and the opportunity to make a positive impact through quality custodial services.

What You'll Do

Clean and sanitize offices, work areas, and common spaces
Clean and disinfect restrooms to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Maintain kitchenettes and break room areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform general surface cleaning
Empty trash and replace liners as needed
Restock restroom and facility supplies
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
Ensure facilities are clean, orderly, and ready for daily operations

What We're Looking For

Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining professional spaces
