Meeting Street is currently looking for an Admissions & Marketing Manager for 40 hours per week.Â
Duties:
- Design and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets for students with Individualized Education Program (IEPs), ages 3 to 22
- Design and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets for private-pay students who do not have an IEP, grades K-8
- Maintain an up-to-date, data-based recruitment pipeline, capturing inquiries from both families and school districtsÂ
- Manage all administrative aspects of the application, enrollment, financial aid and payment plan processes through proficient use of the FACTS Student Information System (SIS) and Financial Aid platforms
- In concert with the Chief Financial Officer, establish financial aid available for each school year and organize financial aid application materials for review by the Financial Aid Committee
- Manage the applicant process by working with families to ensure timely submission of student application materials (including financial aid materials), schedule student screenings & school visits and organize application packets for timely review by the Admissions Committee
- In concert with the Director of Special Education, market to and engage Special Education Directors at Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to facilitate referrals for students with an IEP
- Manage The Grace School’s website and social media channels

Requirements
 Â
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Experience in school admissions for private or independent schools preferred
- Able to sit, stand and walk continuously throughout the workday
- Availability and willingness to work outside typical business hours for admissions’ events and family meetings/outreachÂ
