Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual therapy services across Utah. This role includes assessing client needs, leading therapy sessions, and supporting individuals as they work through mental health concerns. The focus is on delivering consistent, structured care that helps clients move forward in a practical way.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms
• Conduct intake assessments and review client history
• Develop personalized care plans
• Provide therapy for a range of mental health concerns
• Maintain accurate and organized client documentation
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals when needed

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active LCSW license in Utah
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in mental health or counseling
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and case management
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Experience with telehealth tools and EHR systems
