We are excited to welcome a Special Education Teacher to our RIDE‑approved preschool and kindergarten classroom in Providence (Near Hope St. and Brown.) This established program serves young learners with disabilities in a nurturing, innovative, and highly individualized environment—with a maximum of just six students.
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Your Impact:
As the classroom teacher, you will:
- Lead and coordinate individualized student programs
- Develop and monitor IEP goals and instructional plans
- Design structured, engaging learning environments that promote growth and independence
- Schedule, implement, and oversee daily programming
- Collaborate closely with behavior specialists, therapists, families, and support staff
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of student and staff documentation
- Foster a classroom culture that supports learning, communication, and positive behavior
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Rhode Island Department of Education certification in Severe/Profound Special Education
- At least one year of experience as a special education teacher is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with complex learning needs
