Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company guidelines.
Monitor inventory, proper storage, and rotation of ingredients following FIFO procedures.
Uphold kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, complying with health department standards.
Be aware of special requests and food allergies, communicating information to the team.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen organization.
Step in for the Executive or Head Chef as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
All other assigned duties.
