This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' Evaluation Trainers are lead support level individual contributors, responsible for conducting individual and group trainings and facilitating ongoing improvement and coaching of evaluator performance. The Language Evaluation Team has the primary responsibility of overseeing the evaluation of second language abilities of missionaries before they enter MTCs. They also oversee the process for teacher applicants needing language evaluations. it is expected that Evaluator Trainers will assist in overseeing the work of 10-15 evaluators.
